Shipping Information
- Shipping times may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones, and does not include our order processing time.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays).
- Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
- We aim to process orders within 24-48hrs all orders are processed in a queue. Processing times may vary during sale, restock or promotional periods.

If you have purchased a preorder item please refer to the product description for preorder item estimated dispatch times. If you have ordered in stock items alongside preorder items, your order will not be shipped until preorders arrive and are dispatched.
All orders within Australia will receive a tracking number, for this you must supply your email address to which you will have your tracking number sent to. You can click on the link in the order anytime to track where your parcel is.
International orders do not always have a tracking number, however you will be advised once your order has been fulfilled.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges.
All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Pink Swan™️ is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
