REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a gift voucher or exchange. Please choose your items carefully, as we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or wrongful purchases.
We want you to be extremely happy with your purchase, and we understand that choosing gel polish colours online can be challenging. To help, we offer a hassle-free exchange process.
If you return your item within 14 days of delivery, we’ll provide an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging. We also require a proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved, your exchange will be processed. Alternatively, a store credit will be automatically applied to your Pink Swan login account and posted to your address attached to the account within a certain number of days.
Sale items
Unfortunately, limited edition and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, as only regular priced items are eligible for returns and exchanges.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pinkswan@pinkswanprofessional.com
Return Shipping
To return your product, email us at pinkswan@pinkswanprofessional.com to receive a postal address for returning your items.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, as these are non-refundable.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item’s safe delivery. However, please be aware that we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
