Blush Rubber Builder Base Gel

Our Rubber Builder Base is a versatile product that serves as 2-in-1 builder and base coat. It is intended to strengthen natural nails, making it appropriate for individuals with flaky, brittle, or thin nails. Its slight flexibility allows it to bend with the natural nail, providing the ability for movement without increasing the risk of breakage, while still offering structural support as an overlay.

Due to colour/ resolution settings on different electronic devices colours may slightly vary, We’ve ensured to make our product imagery as accurate as possible.

NAIL PREP:

1. Begin by cleansing and sanitising the hands.

2. Push back the cuticle using our cuticle pusher or orange wood stick. If you’re trained to use an E-file, gently remove the true cuticle from the nail plate and then use a flame drill bit. Alternatively, you can use our 180 or 240 grit nail file.

3. Lightly etch the nail plate to eliminate shine and shape the free edge using our 180 or 240 grit nail file.

4. Use a nail dust brush to remove any excess dust from hands and nails.

5. Cleanse the nail plate with a lint-free wipe, using either 100% pure acetone or isopropyl alcohol.

6. Apply one coat of dehydrator to each nail and allow it to air dry for 20 seconds to remove oils from the nail plate.

7. After the dehydrator has dried, apply one coat of our acid free primer to each nail, capping the free edge and avoiding contact with the skin.

NATURAL NAIL OVERLAY GEL APPLICATION:

1. Apply a thin slip layer of your selected Rubber Builder Base Gel colour. Without curing, place a medium bead of Builder Base Gel , spreading it from side to side and dragging away from the cuticle area. Avoid creating a thick buildup around the free edge, side walls, and cuticle. Build and cure one nail at a time. If needed, turn the hand over to assist in creating the apex, sealing the free edge before curing for 60 seconds.

If the client experiences a heat spike, remove the nails from the lamp any lost time must be compensated.

2. Proceed with the gel polish application, or skip to step 3.

3. Finish with a thin coat of the desired top coat, sealing the free edge and curing for an additional 60 seconds.

4. Lightly file the free edge to prevent future lifting and achieve the perfect shape.

5. Use a nail dust brush to remove any excess dust from the hands and nails.

6. Complete the manicure by applying cuticle oil to the underside of the free edge and the cuticle to help rehydrate the nails.

• We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of purchase regardless of shipping method selected at checkout. All orders are processed in a queue, and dispatch processing times may vary during sale, restock, or promotional periods. 

• Shipping is free on all Australian orders over $200. Standard shipping is $10 and Express shipping is $15.

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays).

• Shipping times may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones, and does not include our order processing time.

• Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

• If you’ve purchased a pre-order item, refer to the product description for it’s estimated dispatch times. If you’ve ordered in-stock items alongside pre-orders, your order won’t be shipped until the pre-orders arrive and are dispatched.

All orders within Australia will receive a tracking number, for this you must supply your email address to which you will have your tracking number sent to. You can click on the link in the order anytime to track where your parcel is.

International orders do not always have a tracking number, however you will be advised once your order has been fulfilled.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGE

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. 

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Pink Swan™️ is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.  

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a gift voucher or exchange. Please choose your items carefully, as we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or wrongful purchases.

We want you to be extremely happy with your purchase, and we understand that choosing gel polish colours online can be challenging. To help, we offer a hassle-free exchange process.

If you return your item within 14 days of delivery, we’ll provide an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging. We also require a proof of purchase.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If your return is approved, your exchange will be processed. Alternatively, a store credit will be automatically applied to your Pink Swan login account and posted to your address attached to the account within a certain number of days. 

Sale items  
Unfortunately, limited edition and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, as only regular priced items are eligible for returns and exchanges. 

Exchanges

Return Shipping
To return your product, email us at pinkswan@pinkswanprofessional.com to receive a postal address for returning your items. 

Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, as these are non-refundable.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item’s safe delivery. However, please be aware that we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
